Terms of Service
🌸 Read TOS Before sending a request
  • I am open for personal or commercial work.
  • I reserve the right to refuse any commission if I feel that my style does not fit the request.
  • After payment, I will assume that you have read and accepted all the Terms of Service. Any breach in the TOS will result in blacklisting, and the cancelation of the commission with no refund.
🌸 PRICES & PAYMENTS

It is expected that you deposit 100% of the price upfront before I start.

  • On Vgen: Paypal
  • On Google Form: USD via Paypal, or PHP via GCash/ Paymaya
  • Others: ETH, USDC, BTC via Wallet

🌸 DO'S and DON'TS

I can draw:

I cannot draw:
❌ Other artist art style
❌ Explicit hardcore NSFW
❌ Extreme perspective
❌ Realistic, Old People
❌ Robot, Mecha, Gore
🌸 DEADLINES
  • For Emotes, Chibi & YCH: 2-3 weeks depending on queue
  • For Illustrations: 1-2 months depending on queue
  • Please let me know if you have a specific deadline. Rush fee may apply.
  • I take breaks on weekends and public holidays in my country.
  • IRL situation could delay the commission. If this happens I'll be sending updates.
🌸 REFERENCES

Attach your oc picture or character sheet if possible.

  • For Surprise Commissions: You can give a general description of what you'd like to see on the artwork. This is a surprise, so you allow the artist to draw freely in her style.

  • For Full Render Illustrations: If you have a very specific pose in mind, you can give me a stick figure drawing, rough sketch or visual instruction. These will help speed up the commission
🌸 REVISIONS

For Emotes, Chibi & YCH:
- Details will be simplified.
- Rough sketch will be sent before I proceed to lineart and coloring.
- 1 minor revision is allowed after rendering.

For Surprise Commission:
- You will receive final work with no revision.

For Full Rendered Commission:
- 1 to 2 revisions during: Rough sketch, Lineart, Coloring
- 1 minor revision is allowed after rendering.
🌸 CANVAS SIZE

Emote | 32 px, 56 px, 1000 px
Chibi | Square 3000 px 300dpi
YCH | A4, 3000 px 300 dpi
Illustrations | A4 300dpi
🌸 FILES & DELIVERY
  • Only large high quality files (JPG, PNG or GIF) will be sent via vgen chat or email.
  • Client will receive images, one with watermark and one without.
  • Time-lapse video or raw layered files cannot be sent, requested or paid.
🌸 CREDIT & ARTIST RIGHTS

If possible, please credit or tag me @enabeleno when using my work.

  • The artist retains the right to display and distribute the commission (both personal or commercial) on their portfolio, in digital and/or print format, on social media, or any streaming platforms.
  • The artist can share wips, time-lapse videos and completed work on social media, website, portfolio or future artbooks.
  • The client can ask to keep the works in private. NDA fee may apply.
🌸 USAGE & LICENSE
  • PERSONAL USE: Base price
    - Icon, avatar, profile picture, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website.
    - You have the right to print or create a physical copy of the artwork as long as it is for your personal use/ display only (NOT for sale).

  • COMMERCIAL USE FOR STREAMER: 2x the base price
    - Great for Vtuber or pngtuber streaming activity (icon, banner, monetized content)
    - All vtuber and pngtuber characters count as Commercial Use for Streamer.

  • COMMERCIAL USE FOR MERCHANDISE: 3x the base price
    - For the creation and promotion of digital and physical products/ ads / prints.
🌸 RESTRICTIONS

Clients cannot:
❌Claim my work as their own or someone else’s.
❌Trace, edit, & sell the edited works.
❌Use the work for commercial purposes if they only requested a Personal Commission.
❌Use the commission as entry for any type of contests.
❌Reupload and resell the original, traced, or edited work on another marketplace.
❌Use the art for Ai generation.
🌸 REFUNDS
  • I will only do Full refund if I can't complete your request.
  • Work in progress and completed work is non refundable.
