Welcome to enabeleno's international store. We ship worldwide and all packages have tracking numbers. For customers within the Philippines, please shop through Shopee Ph.

The Philippine Postal Corp. has temporarily suspended all international outbound mail services to some countries due to escalating military conflict in the Middle East.

To my members/customers who are on the list, I will be keeping your mails and orders for now and will send them once international transit routes stabilize.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are packed and shipped dirrectly from us in our small studion in the Philippines.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and your location.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Australia | New Zealand: 15-25 working days

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Depending on your country, customs, duties, and taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shop price or shipping fees.
Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order is with the shipping carrier, delivery times are unfortunately out of my hands. If your package is delayed, please check your tracking info first.

If it is stuck in customs, please contact your customs office. If you think your order is lost in the mail, please check with your local post office.
Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, cancellation, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

All orders are considered final upon checkout and unfortunately, we won't be able to offer cancellations of orders, so please be sure to commit before making a purchase.

We are not responsible for any undeliverable packages due to wrong name or address. So make sure to enter your shipping details correctly.
