How it works:

• This is a monthly subscription and it auto-renews each month unless paused, cancelled or skipped.
• Subscribe any day of the month to get that month's goodies. Shipping will be the following month.
  ex. May mail rewards will be shipped 1st week of June
  

Shipping & Delivery:

• Shipping is 5-7 business days for PH members (JRS Express) and 4-6 weeks for International members (PHLPost). Please read the FAQ for PHLPost advisory.
• To keep the membership fee low, all mails will be sent using stamps therefore, no tracking. Please be patient as snail mail can get lost or be slow!

Q: Can I still get the past month's designs?
A: Yes! Whether you’re catching up on a month you missed or revisiting a story that speaks to you, Catch-Up Mails are available here. Note: They are listed at a higher price so I suggest subscribing.
Q: What if my mail gets lost?
A: Please allow a maximum of 6 weeks for international delivery. If you haven't received your mail after that, contact us at enabelenoart@gmail.com and we'll find a solution!
Q: Can I gift a Rozie Mail subscription?
A: Of course! You can gift a subscription to your family or friends by entering their name and address at checkout. We will send the mail to them each month!
