• I reserve the right to refuse any commission if I feel that my style does not fit the request.

• Any agreements that are broken may result in being blacklisted.

• Client can send requests via Google Form or via VGEN.

• By ordering a commission, the client have read and agreed to the Terms of Service.

• Anime and game characters

• Fanarts/ derivatives

• Semi NSFW

I cannot draw:

• Other artist art style

• Explicit hardcore nsfw

• Extreme perspective

• Realistic

• Mecha

• Gore

Prices are per character.
Full upfront payment is required before I start the sketch.

• USD via PayPal. Invoice will be sent via Paypal.

• PESO via GCash/ PayMaya. If within PH, prices will be rounded & converted to peso.

• ETH/ SOL via wallet. Prices will be higher because of gas fee and secondary distribution.

  (Base Prices mentioned here does not include Paypal fees, transaction fees or gas fees)

• Prices are for Personal use only.

• Commercial usage: Streaming, digital content, merchandise, ads & prints is 2-3x the original amount.

• For emotes & chibi: 2-3 weeks

• For other illustrations: 3-6 weeks

• Please let me know if you have a specific date for the deadline. (Rush fee is +100% of the total cost, delivery in 1-2 weeks)

• Deadline may extend depending on queue or complexity of the request.

• I take breaks from commissions on weekends and public holiday in my country.

• IRL situation could delay the commission. If this happens I'll be sending updates.

• All illustrations are hand-drawn so thank you for your patience.

• I don't work on description alone. Clients should provide clear visual references for their character and possibly, scenery they wish to include in the drawing.

• Attach your character sheet if possible.

• If you have a very specific pose in mind you can give me a stick figure drawing, rough sketch or visual instruction. These will help speed up the commission.

You can start a request via VGEN, but if you chose to request via Google Form, here are the steps/ workflow:

Steps:

1. Fill-out the google form

2. Artist reviews the request

3. Receive a DM and invoice

4. Make a full payment

5. Receive a queue number

6. Rough Sketch (2-3 thumbnails for approval)

7. Lineart/ Coloring/ Painting/ Render

8. Image presented to client (For approval)

9. Minor revisions (If there are any)

10. Final image send to email

I will contact you within 48-72 hours if I choose to accept your request. I'll DM or email you the final amount and my payment info. If you don't hear from me after the time frame, it means that your request is declined.

Revisions:

• Major changes like pose, composition, clothes and expressions are allowed on the Rough Sketch phase (1 revision). After rendering, those major changes cannot be changed.

• When the commission is finished, minor edits like adding of small details or correcting mistake is allowed and free of charge (1 revision)

When commission is completed:

• Only large high quality files (JPG, PNG or GIF) will be sent via email.

• Client will receive images one with watermark and one without

• Time-lapse video or raw layered files cannot be sent, requested or paid.

Artist Rights

• The artist retains the right to display and distribute the commission both personal or commercial on their portfolio, in digital and/or print format, on social media, or any streaming platforms.

• Artist can share wips, time-lapse videos and completed work on sns, website portfolio or future artbooks. However, the client can ask to keep wips in private while the commission is being created.

• Credit the artist as the creator of the work. (Applies to both personal and commercial commission)

For Personal/ Non-Commercial Use Commission:

• Can reupload/ post the work on their own pages.

• Can use the work as their pfp/ cover/ banner.

• Can print the artwork for personal use.

For Commercial Use Commission:

• Clients own full rights and authorization to the work.

• Can use the work for online promotional posts, streaming, digital content & ads.

• Can create physical ads and mass produced merchandise.

For all commissions, client cannot:

• Claim my work as their own or someone else’s.

• Trace, edit, & sell the edited work.

• Use the work for commercial purposes if they only requested a Personal/ Non-Commercial Commission.

• Use the work to represent a company, brand, or image not previously specified on the purpose of the commission.

• Use the commission as entry for any type of contests.

• Reupload and resell the original, traced, or edited work on another marketplace.

• Use the art for Ai generation.

• I can refund 100% if I haven't started working on the commission.

• Chargebacks after the commission is completed and sent to email are not allowed.

• If a client cancels a commission after rough sketches or mid-process, only 50% refund is allowed.

Artist and client will be responsive on updates and feedback and shall communicate through dm, email or vgen chat.
