ENA BELENO is a Philippine-based artist who works with both digital and traditional mediums. Merging her fascination with flora, fauna, and manga, she creates whimsical muses engulfed in vivid colors creating illustrations of romantic chaos.

While taking on freelance work for clients throughout the world, she painted in galleries, attended art conferences, and self-published her own colouring books. Now, she works on her personal brand full-time as an artist.

DIGITAL ART

What hardware do you use for Digital Art?

  • Wacom Cintiq Pro 32

  • iPad Pro 12.9 Silver 256GB Wifi

  • Apple Pencil 2nd Generation

What software do you use for Digital Art?

  • Photoshop and Clip Studio Paint on PC

  • Procreate on iPadPro

What digital brushes do you use?

Most of the time, I just use the default brush/ dry media brushes which are readily available on Photoshop and Procreate (Round brush, hard brush, soft brush, dry ink brush). But when I want some fancy textured brushes I use Sakimichan, WLOP, Loish, and Aeonix brush set.

What apps or programs do you use for editing videos?

When I’m on my PC I use Filmora and Capcut. As for my iPad Pro, I use VLLO. Timelapse videos are generated by Procreate. Clip Studio Paint also have a timelapse feature.

Where can I buy your art merch?

What apps or programs do you use when creating your coloring books?

I draw the line works on Procreate and Photoshop. The front and back covers are created on Photoshop or Illustrator. I layout all the pages on Adobe InDesign.

How many months does it take to complete a coloring book?

My coloring books usually have 40 illustrations and it takes around 4-5 months to be completed. Why does it take that long? It’s because I do everything: I conceptualize all the illustrations, create the front and back covers and organize the layout. Aside from that, most of my illustrations are very detailed.
