We accept PayPal only. Credit and debit cards are also accepted and processed through Paypal.


🌸 SHIPPING + ORDERS

Processing Time
Your orders will be packed within two weeks upon confirmation of payment. We ship orders two times a month and all items will be shipped from the Philippines. You’ll receive an e-mail confirming dispatch with a tracking number.

When will I receive my order?
When payment is cleared, we prepare your orders within two weeks. Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery will take:

  • Asia/ Asia Pacific: 2-3 weeks

  • America: 3-4 weeks

  • Africa: 4-5 weeks

  • Europe/ Middle East: 3-4 weeks

How can I track my orders?
PhlPost handles all international orders. Registered Mails have tracking numbers and the status can be checked here: tracking.phlpost.gov.ph

What international taxes, duties, must I pay?
Our international shipping charges DO NOT include the destination country’s duty, tax or customs fees. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply when their shipment arrives.

Incorrect Shipping Address Input by the Buyer: Once a parcel has been given to courier, I no longer have any control over it. So please make sure that you put the correct details on checkout.

  • If the buyer notices they put a wrong address before the seller has shipped out the package: The buyer must immediately contact us to let us know the correct address. 

  • If the buyer notices they put a wrong address but the package has been shipped: The liability of the lost package will be on the customer. We will not be issuing a refund for this case.

Damaged, Wrong or Missing Items?
We apologize if we mess up your orders. We encourage you to record a video when you unbox the package and send it to us as proof if there are indeed, damaged, wrong or missing items. Strictly no proof, no refund. Kindly contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.

Do you accept returns, exchanges and cancellations?
All items are marked as "final sale" (non-returnable or non-exchangeable) once delivered to the buyer. Returns, refunds and cancellations are not allowed. I am a small artist and I make your orders once you place them (except for charms and coloring books) so please avoid cancelling.
