Transportation and delivery of mails are subject to delay depending on the situation in the country of destination. Also, delivery dates may vary during the holidays and typhoon season as flight cancellations may occur.

For customers in the Philippines, you can order through Shopee PH where Shopee Pay, GCash, Online Banking, and Cash on Delivery options are offered.

  • We accept PayPal only. Credit and debit cards are also accepted and processed through Paypal.

  • Your orders will be packed within two weeks upon confirmation of payment. We ship orders two times a month and all items will be shipped from the Philippines. You’ll receive an e-mail confirming dispatch with a tracking number.

  • When payment is cleared, we prepare your orders within two weeks. Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery will take:

    Asia/ Asia Pacific: 3-4 weeks
    America: 7-8 weeks
    Africa: 5-6 weeks
    Europe/ Middle East: 7-8 weeks

    Delivery dates may vary during the holidays, depending on the volume of mail experienced through postal service. Also, expect delays during typhoon season (June- October) as flight cancellations may occur.

  • PhlPost handles all international orders. All packages have tracking numbers and the status can be checked here: tracking.phlpost.gov.ph

  • Customers are responsible for any VAT or import taxes their country charges.

    If the package contains products that qualify for that country's import taxes, customers will be responsible for paying these to their country's customs or tax department to receive the package.

  • Once a parcel has been given to courier, we no longer have any control over it. So please make sure that you put the correct details on checkout.

    If the buyer notices they put a wrong address before the seller has shipped out the package: The buyer must immediately contact us to let us know the correct address.

    If the buyer notices they put a wrong address but the package has been shipped: We will not be responsible for packages delivered to mistyped or invalid address. We will not be issuing a refund.

  • We apologize if we mess up your orders. We encourage you to record a video when you unbox the package and send it to us as proof if there are indeed, damaged, wrong or missing items. Strictly no proof, no refund. Kindly contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.

  • All items are marked as "final sale" (non-returnable or non-exchangeable) once delivered to the buyer. Returns, refunds and cancellations are not allowed. I am a small artist and I make your orders once you place them (except for charms and coloring books) so please avoid cancelling. Please keep these in mind before making a purchase.

  • These items are not on hand and will be manufactured in 15 days or more. We appreciate your patience.
